The Gigus Screening Process
01. Talent Application
Applicants initially submit a form application. Once submitted, our internal team does a thorough review of the candidates background. We gather information about work history, skillsets, interests and goals. We make a decision based on strict set of standards to pass to the next phase.
02. In-Depth Skill Assessment
Next, using a series of followup evaluation surveys we screen for core knowledge, intellect, written communication and attitude. Candidates scoring exceptional results on the skill assessment are invited to in-person interviews.
03. Live Interview
Candidates are interviewed by experts within their specific professional domain. Each interview includes customized, live exercises that cover core topics within the candidate’s expertise. At this phase we are screening for a combination of creativity, personality, drive, problem-solving ability, depth of experience and communication ability.
04. Test Projects
Top candidates are now assigned test projects to evaluate ‘real world’ ability. Results will demonstrate their level of integrity, competence, thoroughness and professionalism over an approx. 2 week testing period. Candidates must show an ability to deliver high quality work within a deadline, handle the unexpected and be a savvy communicator.
05. Ongoing Excellence
The final candidates who then pass comprehensive reference checks are invited to join Gigus and are provided with ongoing skill development training and mentorship. Gigus talent are expected to maintain brilliant track records while working with clients. Our standards do not permit sub-par performance or communication and we stand by it with our zero risk guarantee.
