We start each new client engagement with a trial period of one full week, covering a full agile sprint cycle with first deliverables.

If you’re completely satisfied with the results, we’ll bill you for the time and continue the engagement for as long as you like.

If you’re not 100% satisfied, you won’t be billed at all. From there, we can either have a friendly parting of ways, or we can provide you with another expert who may be a better fit and with whom we will begin a second, no-risk trial.

The same guarantee applies to larger projects with a team several Gigus experts at once.
